Hi, I am Debi Winchester. I created this site to start with the intent of having a place to post
pictures of the kids so that their grandparents in New Hampshire could see them. Then I started adding racing pictures and
it just kind of exploded from there.
We, my whole family are avid racing fans, both dirt track racing and Nascar. My favorite Nascar
drivers are Dale Earnhardt Jr. #88, and I really like Tony Stewart #14 also. Actually I like just about all of them, with the exception of a couple.
I don't like "Gordo #24" and I really don't care for Jimmy Spencer or #48 Jimmie Johnson. And #18 Kyle Busch is just a plain
PUNK! But we all like who we like for different reasons.
The same holds true for dirt track racing. We all have our favorites. And thats what makes it so
exciting.
I have a wonderful husband (Wendell) of 20 years who would and does help just about anyone
who asks him and 4 very loving children. Joshua 28, Wendell Jr 18, Krystyna 17 and our baby Victoria 16. These are some of
the biggest brats you could ever meet, but they are mine and I love them very much.
You will find the kids and I every week (hopefully) at one of the tracks that
we like to go to, Southern Raceway Milton, FL, East Alabama
Motor Speedway Phenix City, AL Dixieland Dirt Track Cottonwood,AL or Smokey Harris Speedway Haleburg, AL, taking pics and writing race recaps for my website. I really enjoy being one
on one with the drivers and fans.
I do this website as a hobby and because I simply love racing and love being involved with it. I
do not ask for any awards or rewards from it. So I hope that you enjoy the site and come back often. I will try my hardest
to keep you informed on what is happening at the track, honestly and in a timely fashion.
And I like to give credit where credit is due. I would like to send out my
greatest appreciation to Donna Lupi, for encouraging
me to make the site to start with it. David 'Geach' McGeachy and Ron
Whitehurst for their help and support, in keeping the site going with the info that
they provided to me. They have encouraged and supported me thru all my racing coverage.
And to Sue Whittington and her family for encouraging me to NOT let people get me down (including her). To just do what I feel like I need to do, and that is exactly what I do.
And of course, my family, Wendell and the kids, for allowing me the time
to work on this site.
